Step 2

We will present you with an offer

After a short due diligence period (usually a few days) we will present you with a fair purchase price offer on your land. We will pay all closing costs, back taxes and any fees, within reason. The price you are offered will be for the same amount you receive at settlement. No surprises.

Step 3

Agreement time

If you agree to our offer we will send you a simple purchase agreement to sign and return. Your work is just about done. Upon receipt of your agreement we will open escrow with a title company or notary and begin the closing process . We can usually schedule a convenient date to close within a few days or weeks.

Step 4

You get paid

We will need to be able to locate and research the property, so we will need a property address if available an Appraisers Parcel Number or a Tax ID/ Parcel number. All information (previous owner, description, zoning, etc)  beyond that will help us to make a timely and accurate offer on your land. 

After receiving the necessary property information we can usually have an offer ready in just a few days.

Our goal is to provide a mutually beneficial deal for both parties. We are land investors and our business model does not allow us to pay retail prices for land, however we do offer much more than just the purchase price. We also offer a stress free process where you can receive payment as quickly as possible with minimal effort and no additional costs.

Closing can be as soon as a few days  perhaps as long as a few weeks, depending on the complexities of the transaction. Most people get paid within 14 days.
